Seateroo is bringing the sharing economy to air travel. Seateroo is a market where airline passengers may swap airline seats for payment. Want a better seat location? Pay a passenger with a better seat to swap seats with you. Want to reduce your travel cost? Get paid to swap seats with a passenger who wants your seat. Seateroo supports every aspect of the market: order entry, negotiation, and electronic payments.

Work is ongoing that will enable the bidding process to accomodate airlines without assigned seating, such as Southwest Airlines. A future update will add this functionality.
